| | You'll probably wondered why people behave in this manner, and not otherwise. Certainly met several times with someone who in your opinion, behaved in an irrational manner. What do you think causes people to behave in a certain way? When we consider the motive of human behavior, we can conclude that people behave in a certain way because they want to meet some other needs. So everything we do can be classified to meet different needs. The case is somewhat more complicated when we want to simultaneously satisfy two contradictory needs, what happens whenever we make a major decision. (This situation is very similar to when we have a conflict of values.) Suppose it is Friday evening and all your friends go to the lake to spend a pleasure weekend. You even have a huge desire to go with them, you have to do extra work that you ordered your boss. The situation in which you are a conflict of needs (values). On the one hand you need entertainment that will leave you with my colleagues on the lake, but on the other hand, it is important for you career, you can harm if you refuse the head offices. When you stand in such a situation, regardless of the choice you make, you will not be pleased with himself, because choosing one solution and thus satisfying one need not zaspokoisz other equally important for you.
